For inspiration, we go to nature and look for the best nature can offer for cooking. Our cuisine connects the modern Czech and world gastro scene, which is popular by lovers of good food and wine. The menu we change according to the season in order to live up to our commitment to the use of natural resources, especially those local ones.
Our food guru is Michal Húsek, our long-time chef. Among other experience, Michal worked in Michelin-starred restaurants with Norbert Niederkofler & Herbert Hintner. The wine list with the most diverse range of wines by far is pampered by our wine expert Richard Kaschte. The experiece is than completed with a simple yet slightly luxurious mountain design.
