Accommodation in the room of your choice

Cancellation and payment policy

Conditions for Superior, Deluxe room for max 3 nights:
- Credit card guarantee or 100% prepayment via bank transfer
- Pre-authorization of credit card 5 days prior to arrival for 100% of the booking value including city tax
- Cancellation or change more than 3 days prior to arrival for free
- In case of later cancellation, change or no show - cancellation fee 100% of booking value
Conditions for Suites / Superior, Deluxe room for 4 nights and more:
- 100% prepayment at the time of reservation by credit card or via bank transfer
- Cancellation or change more than 14 days prior to arrival for free
- In case of later cancellation, change or no show - cancellation fee 100% of booking value
Price does not include accommodation fee of 30 CZK per adult per night
