Children & Cancellation Policy
To ensure your relaxation remains completely undisturbed, children under the age of 12 are permitted to enter the spa only until 6:00 PM.
Please note that massage and hot tub reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time. For cancellations made later, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total treatment price will be charged.
