- Minimum length of stay is 2 nights
Cancelation and payment policy:
- Stay is guaranteed by credit card or with full prepayment of the stay
- Accommodation can be canceled free of charge up to 4 days prior arrival. For cancelations less than 4 days prior arrival 50% fee of the stay will be charged
- For all Suites and for all reservations with minimum 4 nights stay the cancelation conditions are different: reservation can be cancelled for free by 6 pm 14 days prior to arrival. In case of cancelation from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival penalty of 50% of total booking value is charged. Cancelation less than 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of total booking value is charged.
- In case of no show or early departure the full amount of the stay is charged
- Price does not include accommodation fee 30 CZK (approx. 1,15 €) per adult per night and parking slot (in front of the hotel 150 CZK (5,6€) / night or garage 300 CZK (11,3 €) / night)
