  • Flexible Reservation - you usually have the option of free cancellation 72 hours through your arrival. If you have a reservation of a standard room made with us directly (web, phone, email), in case of submitting a positive test for Covid-19 from an accredited place, we now guarantee the possibility of canceling your reservation free of charge no later than 24 hours before arrival. Unfortunately, in the case of booking apartments, we must insist on our standard conditions.
  • Advance purchase Reservation - this cannot normally be canceled. However, if you have a reservation made with us directly in this case, if you submit a positive test for Covid-19 from an accredited place, we will offer you a reservation in a replacement date by mutual agreement. Please understand that paid deposits cannot be refunded in this case.
  • If you do not "feel comfortable" immediately before or during the trip to the hotel (after all, you have not been in any hotel for a long time), you have the opportunity to have an antigen test tested at our reception for a small fee before starting accommodation.
  • All our employees are regularly tested according to current government regulations. It is also a matter of course to check their health regularly, use respirators and more.
  • At the same time, we ask our guests to observe current anti-epidemic measures during their stay at the hotel.
  • Your room is thoroughly disinfected before arrival.
  • In the same way, our restaurant, spa, bar, outdoor seating, garage undergoes daily intensive cleaning using the highest quality disinfectants.
  • Last but not least, you have the option of check-in contactless in the application to which we send a link to our guests before arrival.
  • You won't see our smiles through respirators for a while, but we intensively train the eye smile and we believe that you will enjoy it.
